14-Day Return Policy:
- Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
14-Day Return Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. All returns are subject to inspection.
Final Sale Items:
- Please note that LaceLayer does not accept returns on Final Sale items, which include our Lace Glue, LaceLayer Plus, Freeze Melt, and Wig Install Kit.
Initiating a Return:
- To initiate your return, please email info@lacelayer.com. Include your order number in the title and the reason for the return in your email.The return address will be mailed to you.
Return Method:
- All approved returns will be processed in the form of store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Refunds:
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your store credit.
Return Shipping:
- Prepaid shipping labels are provided for all returns initiated through our website. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an in-store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted.
Tracking Your Return:
- Please send tracking information for all returns. We recommend tracking to ensure a smooth process, as we do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Monthly Subscriptions
- All monthly subscriptions must be paused, skipped, or canceled by the customer before the renewal date. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you do not wish to receive a shipment for the upcoming month, please manage your subscription through your account in advance.
