14-Day Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Eligibility
  • Unopened Products: Returns are accepted for unopened and unused items in their original condition.
  • Defective Products: Refunds are available for defective items within 14 days.
  • Final Sale Items: Lace Glue, LaceLayer Plus, Freeze Melt, and Essentials Kit are final sale and cannot be returned once opened.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method for defective items. Once received and inspected, you’ll receive an email update on the status.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Tracking is recommended.
